When you connect your game to a Facebook account, your progress will be saved on that Facebook account and when you connect that account to any device, you can continue from where you left off.
If you didn’t connect your game to a Facebook account, your progress is saved on a guest account, which is only kept on the device you played the game on.
If you got a new phone or switched devices, please connect your game to a Facebook account on the main device, and when you login to Facebook on the new device, your progress will be automatically restored.
If you deleted your game data while using a guest account, unfortunately it’s not possible to restore your progress.
